Experience highlights: The French Laundry (Michelin 3 stars), Aqua (2 Michelin stars), The Plumed Horse (1 Michelin star), Plum – Executive Chef (recognized as rising star as Eater Young Gun at Daniel Patterson’s Oakland restaurant). Roamed around Spain for a year working in Barcelona, Bilbao & Tarifa.
Greatest professional learning experience: 14-hour days at The French Laundry with Thomas Keller, learning a huge variety of techniques and getting to contribute to menu development.
Favorite guilty pleasure food: Jack in the Box
Takes out of town guests to eat at: Koi Palace, Saul’s Deli, Ippuku
Recharges By: Skate park or disk golf with the kids
